Their premium rate numbers were wrong

Some time ago I wanted to contact with my bank via telephone. I had some numbers to the bank. I needed to contact with them quickly so I used one of those premium rate numbers they had on their website. I have problems with connecting to my online account and I wanted to deal with this problem as quick as possible. Normally I do not deal with such problems by the phone by it was an emergency. So I call one of those premium rate telephone numbers. I really did not care that this talk would cost me more money than a regular phone call. But when I tried to call this number nobody answered the phone. Actually there was only silence in the speaker. Of course the next thing I did was to call another number they had on their page and once again the same situation happened. I was a bit angry and desperate but there was also a third number which I also tried. Silence in the speaker was everything I heard and there was no way to contact the bank. Later it turned out that the bank put on their own page wrong numbers so there was no way of calling them. Of course it was made by mistake but because of that I lost a big opportunity to buy something that I was looking for during all these years on the internet. All because they gave us wrong premium rate numbers.
